Jessica Pasquale
Jessica earned her degree from the New York School of Interior Design in 2012. She began her career at a boutique residential design studio and later joined one of New York City's premier commercial architectural firms. Her journey then led her to a home staging company, where she discovered her passion for real estate. Combining her expertise in interior design with the fast-paced demands of renovation and project management, Jessica found great fulfillment in helping clients sell Manhattan properties more quickly and at higher profits.
In 2014, Jessica founded Role Model Interiors, creating a successful interior design and home staging business in New York City. With over 50 projects completed for multi-million dollar listings through her firm and nearly 200 projects overall, she and her husband made the life-changing decision to relocate to the Phoenix Metro area. They were drawn by the region's sunshine and active lifestyle, as well as the opportunity to join family members who had already made the move. After welcoming two daughters, Jessica was inspired to return to real estate, this time as a licensed agent.
Today, Jessica combines real estate, interior design, home staging and renovation expertise to help clients make smarter decisions at every stage of homeownership. She works with buyers and sellers throughout the Phoenix Metro, helping buyers recognize a property's potential and sellers strategically prepare and stage their homes to stand out in the market.
Jessica also works closely with real estate investors, providing guidance from property acquisition through renovation, design, staging and resale. Her recent work includes remodeling and flipping homes, selecting finishes with both design and resale value in mind, managing renovation decisions and professionally staging properties for investors and other real estate agents.
Whether buying, selling, renovating or investing, Jessica approaches real estate through both a design and investment lens. Her goal is to help clients see the potential in every property, make strategic improvements and maximize the value of their real estate.
